When you purchase a new guitar, it needs to be taken into a guitar shop to be properly positioned, tuned, and adjusted to ensure playability. With our professional setup before shipping, you don’t have to worry about this. Just unbox and play — saving you time and money.

Nope. We only sell our guitars directly to our customers online. Without any retail markup, we’re able to keep our guitars more affordable.

Yep! To make sure our guitars get to you safely, we include a premium gig bag or hardcase with every purchase. After delivery, we hope that you’ll use your new case to play in the wild — go spread the gift of music.

We use iconic Ernie Ball acoustic guitar strings on our all solid and solid top guitars.

Yes! Your instrument purchase is covered by a Limited One-Year Warranty. For full terms and conditions, check out our Warranty page.

All of our Live models are acoustic-electric guitars that come with pickup systems that you can plug into an amp. Different collections feature different pickups:

Topanga Collection and Highland Collection Live models come with an LR Baggs Anthem.
Melrose Mahogany Collection Live models come with a custom-voiced LR Baggs Element Bronze.
Overland Collection Live models come with a Fishman Sonitone EQ.

We’re a small but mighty team that works to process your orders as quickly as possible. It will take about 3 to 7 business days for you to receive your order. Since we’re based in California, you may receive your guitar sooner if you live on the West Coast. We also offer express shipping options at checkout for certain products.

When placing an order, you can choose a FedEx location as your delivery address. This gives you the flexibility to pick up your guitar within 5 days of delivery. You can use FedEx’s Location Finder to locate the FedEx holding location nearest to you. Click “More”, select “Hold at location”, and then enter your zip code at the top left.

Note: Upon pick up at FedEx, you’ll need a government-issued ID that matches the name on the delivery address. You’ll also be asked to confirm the tracking number sent to you in the order confirmation email.

Yes, we got you! All orders ship for free within the contiguous United States through FedEx Delivery.

Alaska and Hawaii shipping is available at an additional cost upon checkout. Shipping Excludes: US Protectorates, APO/FPO, PO Box.

Our team puts in the extra effort to ensure that our packaging fully protects the guitar during shipping. We’re confident that our guitars will get delivered just as we pack them.

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way! Once we process your order, we’ll email you the tracking number with order details.

We currently only ship in the United States and Canada, but our team is working hard on expanding to other countries — stay tuned!

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans through Affirm for purchases made on our website. Learn more about our partnership here.

When placing an order online, select Affirm as your payment method during checkout. You’ll be prompted to create an Affirm account and enter a few personal details. They’ll notify you within seconds if you’ve been approved for a loan. Learn more about Affirm’s application process.

If you place an order using Affirm, you’ll need to contact them directly about the status of your payments. We recommend emailing help@affirm.com or visiting their website.

Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll cover the return shipping cost, but any original amount paid for shipping is nonrefundable. Please note, we charge a restocking fee of $15.00 per product that will be deducted from your return credit. 

Don’t forget! Products must be returned with the original shipping box. We can’t accept a return if a pickguard was applied to the guitar.
