Morgan Spruce Live

Hello y'all! Just wanted to let you know that I received my guitar on the 27th but was out of town so I just got to open it a couple of hours ago. I was so scared to give you guys a try over Yamaha which has always been my favorite acoustic guitar manufacturer. This cheap ass (I mean budget) Morgan guitar is Absolutely Amazing.The setup/action is way better than so many high end acoustics I've played right off the walls at shops. There is a problem though. Checking it over for manufacturer flaws which I expected to find for the price while taking a break from this text, I HAVE A DENT/SCRATCH on the side. 😥The bottom side so I can't see it while playing. It's pretty good size, 7/16 long, 1/6 wide and 1/32 deep. It's through the finish. Didn't expect this, done by a person, during setup I'm assuming, definitely not shipping.. I'll call my Luthier when I finish this text to see if he can remove it since I already planned on taking it to him regardless of how it played. He can make anything even better than new Lol👍 Build flaws are so minute, almost nothing I can see. Normally I'd return it for another cause I expect a few build flaws at this price, but not damage from a person. I don't see myself returning it over the dent though since it's not really visible unless your looking unless my shop gives me some other reason too. I'm going to just have a look at it for his opinion before I let him do anything. I'm so impressed and I'm afraid I wouldn't get another one this good. That's my luck, like the dent. Lol. The G string tuner is also really bad, A lot of play but I kinda expected them to be pretty budget so I'll replace them. I already know I'm going to buy the Mason Live Spruce ASAP which is what I wanted in the first place but was afraid to spend the money since I new very little about Orangewood. Might even get an Oliver Mahogany for my niece at the same time. Got any Sales or Promotions going on now or in the very near future? I hate waiting for them LOL. I just received this guitar yesterday (04-04-24), and it is in excellent condition, with very little tuning necessary to start playing! I have played guitar for 5-6 years and this is the first guitar that I have bought new. I researched for 2 months, then I needed to wait for another month while they restocked. However, the guitar arrived in one week instead of the expected two week wait. I play a variety of music, including worship music (strumming), classical, and percussive fingerstyle. It plays incredibly well in all scenarios, and the percussive bass is amazing and rich. The guitar itself looks beautiful, and I am excited to hang it on my wall so I can look at it more! I have no experience with pickups, but I am surprised and very happy to see that it is well hidden inside the guitar (I actually thought I had ordered one without the pickup for a few minutes). The pickup had a battery in it, charged and ready to go! The bag that came with is much nicer than I was expecting, with soft padding on the inside and backpack straps (my experience includes bags little more than a Walmart bag). I would totally order from Orangewood again, but hopefully this guitar lasts forever! Until then, I'll be referring friends looking for affordable guitars.

I’ve had my Morgan for almost 5 years now and it is my main squeeze. Durable? Yes. Playable? Yes. Sound quality? High. I just went and got it set up professionally for the first time and five years and she is like brand new. This guitar has been through everything with me. Thanks! Also which size Marshall should I get?
